Mike is the only policeman that offered me a ride in his partol car. I got to ride in the back, that was kind of scary, I did not like being in a vehicle that had no door opening devices..

O K, I will releive you of the thought I was arrested. I had wrecked my car about 1:00 a.m. less than 1/4 mile from home, Mike investigated and took me home.

Mike was always a nice guy.

I remember playing with the Barons (or some variation thereon) senior year.  For a talent show, a gig at the VFW somewhere, and I thought, at a country club somewhere in the boonies with Lee Dorsey ("Ride Your Pony", etc.)(maybe that was another band).  But I really enjoyed playing with Mike (and you, Charlie, and Gerry Cole and Mike Jones).  Sorry I didn't know Mike Roberts as an adult.  I'm sure he was a great police officer.  Rest in peace Mike.
